With effect from 16 July, 2012, City Telecom (H.K.) Limited (“CTI”) have transferred all the telecommunications services, including IDD 1666 service, international call forwarding service and 888 calling card service(the “Services”) to Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”).
